Haute Events also specializes in organizing weddings for couples who live abroad but wish to get
married in the New England Area.

WEDDING EXTRAVAGANZA
The Wedding Extravaganza package is ideal for wedding couples planning a week-end or two or three
days of celebrations or for those who would like assistance with organizing their wedding rehearsal,
bachelorrette or bachelor parties.

PARTIAL WEDDING ORGANIZATION
Ideal for brides who have the time to devote to planning their wedding but who would like help or ideas
for some elements of the day. For example Haute Events can simply assist in selecting a reputable
photographer or give advice on the menu.

VENUE FINDING
Designed for busy couples who are looking for their perfect venue, but who do not have the time to
investigate the numerous wedding ceremony or reception locations available across the New England.
HauteEvents will search for a suitable venue for you based on your requirements. This service is
available for couples who do not wish to utilise one of the wedding co-ordination packages above.
Not only will we save you time, but we can even save you money, thanks to our extensive contacts within
the hotel industry and at alternative wedding venues.

RSVP SERVICE AND GUEST ASSISTANCE
Haute Events offers an RSVP service which involves providing busy couples with a contact address,
telephone number and email address to give as the RSVP address on their invitations. In addition to
keeping track of guest numbers and managing responses, Haute Events also assists guests with
accommodation and travel requirements, provides advice and can also co-ordinate the wedding guest
list.

This helps to save time for the Bride and Groom who are also shielded from some of the small queries
guests often have, enabling them to focus on the more important wedding arrangements. Any personal
RSVP cards are forwarded to the Bride and Groom.

PERSONALISED WEDDING INVITATIONS AND ORDERS OF SERVICE
Haute Events supplies a wide range of wedding stationery created and printed by the best Printers .
There’s a choice of traditional, romantic or contemporary styles. Also Ask about our wholesale Favors
and Invitation vendors for that smaller budget.

PRICING
We charge a set fee for each additional service which is NOT based on a percentage of the cost of your
wedding. Our fees vary according to the location of the wedding and ceremony, the amount of
assistance required and the number of suppliers involved.

Once we have a full understanding of your requirements, we will provide you with a written proposal. The
price is guaranteed so you know exactly what you are paying and will not incur any extra hidden charges
at a later date.

Hiring a Wedding Co-ordinator can save you money due to our ability to secure discounts on your behalf.
If you’re not convinced try our Venue Finding Service. Not only will we find an ideal wedding venue for
you, but it will also give you a chance to get to know us. If you find you are impressed with our service,
ideas and advice, book either our Complete Wedding Consultation or Wedding Extravaganza package,
and we will refund the cost of the Venue Finding service.
